Can i activate a pirated game with legitimate activation key and live access code?

So, i downloaded Gears Of War for pc using utorrent. So its pirated. It has all the features of the real gears of war. I liked the game, so i bought it on Games for windows marketplace. Its taking alot of time to download. Therefore i was wondering, i got the activation key and the live access code when i bought the game. Cant i just log in with my account, and activate the game on games for windows live, and then play the "pirated" Gears with all its features?|||if you do odds are they will ban you, the disk has an encryption in it that even if you do upload all the files, the encryption will not follow and when you try to use your codes all that will happen is they will ban those codes from ever playing...plus you will have to buy the game all over.
