Can Game Theory be applied in the 2010 UK General Election when deciding between Labour and The Conservatives?

Game theory is, briefly, the idea that two options are presented to a decision-maker. One option is higher risk because it could either be a lot better than the second option or a lot worse. Whereas the second option is the safer option because it does not offer the worst outcome but at the same time does not offer the best possible outcome.|||there is barely any difference between "new" labour and the conservatives, they are both right-wing parties!|||It could work. The conservatives were clearly in the lead for a long time but now labour is taking the lead and is expected to win the general election again. I doubt the tories will have the will after another defeat.
