What n64 game has a character dressed in white and competed in athletic games?

There was an N64 game me and my friends use to play. The only thing I can remember is that we got to a point where our main character, dressed in white, had to compete in racing and other athletic games. I believe it was n64, but i'm not 100% sure.|||I think it's mischief makers.|||I also think so.
