I'm trying to see if I can start a new game on my pokemon sapphire version game but im afraid that it might overwrite the game i already have saved on there. Can I have more than one game saved on there?|||No, all the pokemon games on Nintendo Ds and Game Boy can only hold one game.|||You can't have more of than one game/cartridge. You can also buy a new game. If you want a game of the same region, get emerald. It's a lot of fun. In emerald you can obtain the johto starters and obtain without trade all of three leendaries. Brendan and May are also dressed in green and you can also catch latios and latias. And the famous moment in the emerald is catching the legendary pokemon Mew on the faraway island. I am sure you'll have fun.|||Unfortunately not but you can start a new game and play through it without saving, e.g. if you have a DS you could play it through the DS then when you've finshed playing flip the DS over and put it on the charge. Then you can keep playing|||You can have only 1 save per game and if you new game, as long as you don't save the game, it'll not overwrite the game you already have saved on there.|||No, you can only have one game saved per game cartridge. If you want to start over and keep your save, you need to buy a new game. I recommend Emerald if you want to keep playing the same region.|||No, you can only have one saved file on pokemon games. If you save it will rewrite your previously saved file.
Btw i cant wait for pokemon heart gold and soul silver to come out, sooo soon! lol|||i know for pokemon yellow, red, and blue you can only have one game saved at a time. i think it's the same for sapphire too..|||All pokemon games allow only one file on each game cartridge, so creating a new game will overwrite your game.|||no, unfortunately you can't have 2 saved file on saphire.|||no sorry only one game per cartridge. If u dnt want to get rid of the pokemon u have either dnt delete it or give them to someone else to hold onto for u|||NO- only one game
its very sad that you cant though.
