I've got a game that I've added to my games folder in Windows 7. It's Hawx2, a steam version of the game. I added it there by dragging it into the folder, but, unlike other games I've put in there, it doesn't work, and I can't seem to delete it. Any suggestions on how I could remove it from the games folder??? It's really annoying having it in there when it doesn't work.|||Your problem is that you dragged it there instead of installing it there and now the "reference" points used to find the game are incorrect.
1. uninstall the game, preferably using the uninstaller with the game if it has one.
2. delete from game folder IF possible. (Since you moved it there is SHOULD be possible.)
3. re-install TO the game folder if that is where you want it. (There are SOME things that will NOT install except to "default" locations, and these can NOT be moved.)
