How much does a game software for mobile costs?

I was wondering how much a fully developed game for mobiles costs? What are the ranges of amount?


Lets say "Plants vs. Zombies"





I'm planning to try to program a simple game in Android OS. I just thought of how much each will cost.


I really have no idea.
