How can you submit or suggest video game ideas to companys that make them?

I love the show Ncis on cbs and they have a csi game so they should make a Navy Criminal Investigative Service game!Do you know of any sites where you can submit game ideas? Like sony and ea games?|||send them a letter, or some video game companys may have a suggestion box online|||Just write em a freakin letter. They probably won't take the idea anyways.
